Q. Who is Lumberjack Direct?

A. We are an Authorized Flooring Dealer. We are an authorized dealer for the top name brand flooring manufacturers and we are able to pass on discount prices to our customers.

Q. Is everything I see on your website currently in stock?

A. Any item sold on this website is either marked 'currently in stock' or we will notify you when we have reordered from our sustainable suppliers. Our notifications are sent via email the moment the previous 'sold out' items are available once again. 

Q. Do you accept phone orders as well as online?

A. Absolutely! We have our customer support team on staff Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. You can find our contact info on our Customer Service as well as Contact Us pages. 

Q. Do you accept orders for flooring for small spaces under 250 square feet?

A. Unfortunately, orders under 250 square feet cannot be processed at this time. All pricing on the website is a "per square foot" price.

Q. Do you offer a return or exchange policy?

A. Yes, at Lumberjack Direct we offer a 30-day, money back program, however, most manufacturers charge a restocking fee; depending on your particular order issue your restock fee may be more or less so please contact our customer service specialists for details. All special, custom order items are not eligible for returns or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Q. Is it safe to make large transactions on your website?

A. You can be 100% confident your purchases are secure and safe. Please follow our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages for in-depth details. 

Q. Your website says, "Call for best price." What does that mean exactly?

A. Due to the nature of how we source our sustainable wood flooring, Lumberjack Direct is able to offer additional discounts for large quantity orders. Typically the discounts start at approximately 1,000 square feet, however, in some cases we have sales going on regardless of the size of the order. Give us a call and we'll give you the best price we can.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards, ACH debit, PayPal, and coming soon, ApplePay.

Q. What are your shipping and delivery options?

A. As a general rule direct-to-you shipping can take up to 3 to 5 business days for in-stock merchandise. Out of stock items can take up to 2 or 3 weeks. Special order items typically take 3 to 4 weeks. A flooring specialist will go over everything before you order so that there aren't any surprises.

Q. How do I monitor my order and shipment or delivery?

A. Once you have entered your email address into our system via a purchase on this website, you will be able to head over to the Track My Order page to enter in your order number and email address for the latest status.
